Mandatory registration for tax advisers who interact with HMRC is now a reality. Once you are required to register, interaction with HMRC becomes illegal without registration.
This webinar will recap who needs to be registered, and what interacting with HMRC means. It will cover the different phases of registration for different categories of advisers and will focus on the continuing obligation of registered advisers to identify ‘relevant individuals’ and meet certain standards set down by HMRC.

Glyn is a Lead Technical Writer at Croner Tax. He specialises in the taxation of large companies and has overall responsibility for our Direct Tax In-Depth commentary. He is also Editor-in-Chief of Tax Weekly. Glyn has worked in tax for over 35 years. He has been with Croner since July 2020, although he had written on a freelance basis for Croner prior to that. He qualified with Arthur Andersen and was a partner and Head of International Tax for Robson Rhodes before moving into commerce in 1998.
