This webinar is designed to help providers and managers get to grips with the policies and procedures required to register and run and successful social care service.

As well as their importance for regulatory compliance (in England, Scotland and Wales) and good governance, we’ll talk about the dynamic role they play in ensuring good, person-centred care and how they support staff training and ongoing competence.

We’ll show what should be in a good policy, and how to tailor our library of templates for your service. We’ll review some examples of templates and how they need to be customised according to your service’s needs.

Robust policies and procedures are the backbone of a good service – they are vital and need to be looked after to remain strong. We’ll show how we can support you with this critical area of your business.
