SPEAK TO AN ADVISOR

Tuesday, September 12, 2023 2:00pm

From 2023 the economic crime levy is payable annually by businesses who are supervised for anti-money laundering (AML) purposes and whose UK turnover is more than £10.2m. The amount of levy payable depends on the amount of the business’s UK turnover. Who the levy is payable to depends on who supervises the business for AML purposes.

In this bitesize webinar we’ll look at who has to pay the levy and how much, and what those affected have to do to meet their compliance obligations.

What will I learn?

From this webinar you will gain a better understanding of:

  • Which businesses have to pay the levy

  • What is ‘UK revenue’ for determining the amount of levy payable

  • How the levy is administered.
