Agnes Chruszcz
Policy and Engagement Lead, Circular Economy and Social Sustainability at IEMA
Agnes joined the IEMA Policy team in 2024 from a higher education institution where she managed circular economy strategy and initiatives across university operations, research and student engagement. Previous to that, she worked in consultancy developing and managing a range of projects for UK government departments, NGOs, local authorities and businesses. This focused on resource efficiency and material flows, waste management service optimisation, circular economy business models and behaviour change.
Tim Danson
Director - Sustainability & Energy, Pick Everard
His specialisms centre on sustainable development in its broadest sense, with a focus on the management of key individuals and multidisciplinary teams delivering the sustainable
design, procurement and construction of buildings, infrastructure and public realm spaces.
Tim holds particular skills in preparing and delivering sustainability strategies and implementation plans, and spearheading practical action on net zero, climate resilience and the circular economy.
Tim has worked extensively on projects both in the UK and internationally, and has advised a wide range of clients on how to achieve sustainable outcomes through procurement best practice. Tim is an active member of the IEMA (ISEP??) Circular Economy Network Steering Group, and has led or
co-authored a number of their publications, including (most recently) ‘Circular Procurement’.
Stephanie Palmer
Head of Sustainability, Wienerberger Ltd
Through the sustainability strategy Stephanie is guiding Wienerberger toward the goal of becoming a net-zero, nature positive business.
She works across multiple departments to help them manage transition risks and identify opportunities to increase resilience.
Stephanie has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and a Master of Business Administration.
She is currently Chair of IEMA’s Circular Economy Network and was previously recognised in edie's 30 Under 30 for her work as a talented sustainability professional.
