The Group Compass represents who we are in terms of our culture. A compass provides a sense of comfort and safety, provides assurances and points you in the right direction. At Croner, we know what we like and what we don’t. 40 years ago, Peter Done, CEO and Founder, built a business on a “can-do” attitude. Today, we’re a market leader around the world growing exponentially year after year with this belief firmly engrained in our people. Our compass helps us hire, retain and progress as a culture. At the heart of our success is our people and with our compass we continue to be guided in direction of growth.
